What makes a good leader?
One of the qualities that makes a good leader is the ability to communicate, and to be grounded, seeing things from the perspective of those that you lead is key having empathy and being able to relate to others while conveying your messages in a clean and concise manner is also one of the key pillars to becoming a great leader. I say this because all too often when people are placed in two positions of power undeservedly they have a tendency of letting that power go to their head and treating others as though they were beneath them a true leader, if someone who leads from the front and by example someone that you can aspire to be like and learn from.
